Geoff Scheitlin, CPA

Geoff Scheitlin is the founder and Managing Director of Executive Management & Advisory Services, LLC. With more than 30 years of executive financial management experience, Geoff specializes in solving problems for companies in the midst of rapid-growth or financial challenges.

Since founding Executive Management & Advisory Services in 2005, Geoff has served as interim CFO, VP of Finance, or Treasurer for private sector companies ranging in size from startups to more than $300 million in revenues. Adept at rapidly assessing financial operational environments, Geoff develops strategies designed to drive profitability, responsibility, and accountability. With key strategies in place, he then builds the infrastructure necessary for implementation and oversees ongoing finance, accounting, and treasury to achieve results.

For his clients, Geoff serves as a strategic business partner and innovative problem-solver, skilled in complex capital structures and aligning personnel and financial resources to realize organizational goals and objectives. Key strengths include finance, treasury, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition integration, strategic planning and financial modeling, risk management, human resources, IT, tax, and investor relations.

Prior to launching Executive Management & Advisory, Geoff handled corporate controllership, treasury management and investor relations for a billion dollar NYSE-listed company and worked in public accounting.

Having received his B.A. in Accounting with High Distinction from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, Geoff is a Certified Public Accountant.
